EU shipping: free, tracked, 3–5 business days via DHL. Express on request.

International shipping: DDP (Duty Delivered Paid), 5–9 business days. Taxes and duties included in the price — no surprises at the door.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns: 14 days from receipt, unworn, with all tags attached. Free returns within the EU.

Made-to-order edition pieces are not eligible for exchange.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, write to kontakt@mvvro.de — we'll fix it without discussion.
